“Food was ordered on the app at 5pm, for a 7:45pm delivery. We rang to chase up our order at 8:30 and was told they didn't have our order, but read out what we ordered anyway. Was told the food would be sent straight out. 40 minutes later we rang again to be told that it would be here shortly. Food arrived 10 minutes later, the salad had a thick black hair in it, the food was lukewarm at absolute best, and they sent the wrong curry with the pilau. Awful experience.”
